
This is how you make chicken curry. Before you start, make sure you have the following ingredients: one whole chicken ( cut into small pieces), ½ a kilogram of potatoes (diced), 4 tablespoon of curry powder, 1 cinnamon stick, ¾ teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 large onion (quartered), 1 pip garlic, 1 cup of coconut milk and 2 glasses of water.
First, heat the oil in a saucepan. Once the oil is hot, fry the onions, garlic, and cinnamon stick until fragrant. Next, put in the chicken pieces and diced potatoes. Mix these ingredients and fry for about two minutes. Then, add the curry powder and water. Mix the ingredients properly. Add salt and mix again.
Now, allow this mixture to boil for about 20 minutes. After that, add the coconut milk and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes. Finally, remove the curry from the stove and serve it with rice and vegetables.
